Nursing Home Manager
An exciting opportunity has a risen for an experienced home manager to join an exclusive care provider in the Derbyshire area.
My client is a privately run group of nursing homes for the elderly. An experienced and motivated individual is required to manage a care home between Chesterfield and Worksop. The home is a medium sized, purpose built facility in a village location. They provide nursing care for the elderly and those who suffer with dementia.
My client is seeking a strong, experienced individual with drive and commitment who is seeking a new exciting challenge. The ideal candidate will have extensive managerial experience and good leadership skills. You will be dynamic, sharp and hungry for a challenge with a strong personality. This post really requires an individual who is focused and has the want to succeed.
The successful candidate will have the following experience and qualifications:
• RMA or be willing to work towards
• Nurse Qualified (RGN/RMN/RNLD)
• Experience of working within a dementia environment
• Proven track record of successful home management.
• Sound knowledge of CQC and Care Standards
• Registered with CSCI / CQC
• Dynamic & Enthusiastic
Duties will include:
• Overall responsibility of the home
• Staff management/appraisals/Training
• Care plans/reviews/meetings
In return the successful candidate will receive a fantastic comprehensive manager’s salary package, including:
• A basic salary of up to £38,000 - depending on experience
• Performance related bonus scheme after a year of service.
