An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Deputy Manager to join an excellent independent provider of elderly care services. You will work within a delightful care home based in Salisbury, Wiltshire. It is medium sized home and caters for the needs of the elderly some of which have EMI related conditions. The home is situated in a beautiful location, it is a fantastic building with first class facilities. The home has a friendly and warm atmosphere and prides itself in delivering excellent care for the residents.

My client requires an RGN with sound clinical skills in addition to having a proven track record in management and leadership. You’ll be leading a large staff cohort, so it is essential that you have strong and effective communication skills. You will support the Manager in the implementation of all policies, procedures and business objectives. Successful candidates will be responsible for monitoring the state of wellbeing of each resident and writing care plans. You will oversee the on-going marketing of the care home and liaise closely with relatives. Excellent CQC standards must be maintained as are high levels of on going patient care.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to progress in their career. Our client will consider candidates with previous nursing home experience who have worked as a Deputy Manager, Unit Manager, Care Manager or Matron.
