Salary: £35,000 - £40,000

An exciting opportunity has a risen for an experienced home manager to join a medium sized care provider in Harrogate.
My client has a good reputation providing residential and nursing services for older people.

The care home is a spacious, purpose-built residential and nursing home situated in a pleasant residential area with the most modern facilities and provides a wide range of specialist care to suit individual care needs including residential, nursing and short term respite care. Every member of our team works hard to make sure each resident is comfortable and well cared for.

An experienced and motivated individual is required to manage a large sized care home, providing nursing and social care for older people who are physically frail and some who require specialist care.
My client is seeking a strong, experienced individual with drive and commitment who is seeking a new exciting challenge. Some one who is looking to take there career to the next level and achieve excellence.

The successful candidate will have the following experience and qualifications:

•Nurse Qualified (RGN/RMN - current PIN)
•RMA Or NVQ 4
•Proven track record of successful home management
•Sound knowledge of CQC and Care Standards
•Registered with CSCI / CQC
•Dynamic & Enthusiastic

Duties will include:

•Overall responsibility of the home
•Staff management/appraisals/Training
•Care plans/reviews/meetings
•Budget

In return the successful candidate will receive a fantastic comprehensive manager’s salary package, including:

•A basic salary of up to 40,000
•EXCELLENT career progression
