On behalf of a private care provider I am looking for a Home Manager for one of their delightful care homes in the Great Yarmouth area of Norfolk...

This care home has been described as having a homely atmosphere and is situated in a convenient location accessible from Great Yarmouth, Norwich and North Walsham. The home caters for up to 30 older people who may have a diagnosis of dementia. The home offers person centred care and residents and their families particularly like the fact that residents are encouraged to make independant decisions where possible.

My client is looking for a Home Manager to oversee all aspects of the day to day running of this homely care home. The ideal person will have Home Management experience, be passionate about care of older people and dementia care, hold the NVQ 4/ RMA (or a strong willingness to work towards this), be the type of person to lead by example and not afraid to be hands on when needs be. You will also have a good sense of humour and be highly organised and committed in your approach.

In return for your hard work and commitment my client is offering a competitive salary that is negotiable depending on experience (Up to £30'000) plus a bonus scheme.
