Salary: £38,000 - £42,000

The ideal candidate has overall management responsibility for The Low Secure ‘PD Service’ to ensure high standards of leadership and care delivery and must have experience with service users with personality disorders and be comfortable with dealing with complex needs and challenging behaviour.

The successful candidate will manage all aspects of the designated area as a care specialised pathway.
Key areas of focus will be:

• Healthcare governance
• Bed occupancy,
• Control of costs
• Management of human resources

• Lead and coordinate the multi disciplinary team to ensure that all clinical services provided to the clinical area function effectively to meet individual patient needs.

In return, the successful candidate will receive a basic salary of up to £42,000 per annum (dependant upon experience)
