For over 35 years, my client has provided specialist care, education and vocational services for children and adults with complex needs. They deliver the highest standards of service for the best possible outcomes.

An excellent opportunity ahs arisen to join this reputable care group as a Team Leader. As a Team Leader you will be responsible for the supervision of a team of support staff, ensuring the young people receive a complete person-centred care service. You will be an excellent role model, providing leadership and support to your team whilst also providing direct care to the students. You will also hold NVQ/Diploma level 3 Health and Social Care.

In return, you will recieve:
Salary: £17,218 pa
39 hours/wk (6 on, 3 off)
6 weeks’ paid holiday.
