An extremely rare and exciting opportunity has a risen for an experienced deputy manager to join an exclusive care provider in the Northampton Area.

My client is a leading care provider who provides nursing and residential care for people with a range of needs in a variety of settings throughout the UK and has developed expertise in a number of specialist fields. They are very passionate about care standards and pride themselves on providing exceptional care services to the Elderly. All of their care homes offer the highest quality care in a quality environment

An experienced and motivated individual is required to assist the manager in managing a new large purpose built home which is finished to a very high standard providing high levels of quality care in a fantastic supportive environment. The home is a Specialist Centre offering a range of short stay, intermediate and respite care services for older people. The home offers rehabilitation, respite care services, respite care places for older people with dementia related illnesses.

My client is seeking a strong, experienced individual with drive and commitment who is seeking a new exciting challenge. Some one who is looking to take there career to the next level and has the desire to work in an ever changing work place where no two days are the same. You will have the want to succeed and progress your personal development with this well established care company who has an excellent industry reputation.

The successful candidate will have the following experience and qualifications:
• RMA or be willing to work towards
• Nursing background – Clinical experience
• Some team leader/deputy/management experience
• Knowledge of CQC and Care Standards
• RGN qualified
