On behalf of a leading healthcare provider I am looking to recruit a Quality Assurance Manager...
My client is a leading healthcare provider who operate Nursing and Residential Homes predominantly in the East of England, most of their homes are purpose built and modern meaning they are able to offer nursing, residential and dementia care of the highest standard to its resident's.
Due to expansion my client is now looking for a Quality Assurance Manager, your duties as QA Manager will be to evaluate, develop and implement a Quality Management system, in accordance with regulatory standards; to continuously improve existing databases and Quality Assurance systems; To write Quality Assurance policies and procedures as required and to review on a regular basis to ensure effectiveness; To liaise as and when required with CQC and other external agencies; To produce Action Plans for the homes in relation to CQC and audit requirements, along with concise reports on problem areas and action required.
The ideal person will be educated to degree level and ideally will also be nurse qualified, you will have experience in a similar role or you will be a strong Home Manager looking for a new challenge. You will be familiar with CQC requirements and have a sound understanding of the needs of older people and those affected by dementia related illnesses.
In return for your hard work and commitment my client is offering a competitive salary that is negotiable depending on experience (circa £45'000) plus travel allowance.
