I am looking for an experienced Lead Nurse to join a 70 bedded nursing home offering residential and nursing care of the highest standard This home is located in the Surrey town of Camberley and is part of one of the souths leading care organisations.

I am looking for an experienced Nurse with either Team Leader or previous Deputy Management experience to assist the Home Manager with the day to day running of the home and to Lead/Manage the clinical and support team.

The home is of the highest standards and although it is an old lovely building the inside is almost purpose built so the care team can provide the best possible nursing and dementia care. This organisation offers excellent staff support, development and career progression including bonus schemes and additional qualifications if required.

Candidate Requirements:
Valid RN PIN
4 years + Nursing Experience
2 years + Leadership & Management Experience
Dementia Experience
1 Month or Less Notice
2 Excellent References
