A prestigious Registered Manager vacancy has arisen in a stunning newly opened specialist nursing home in an afluent Bristol suburb. The home is a large service that requires an inclusive individual with a solid clinical background and leadership skills to take up the position of Registered Manager.

My client is a well renowned national charity with a remarkable history. This position is open to applications from both RGN & RMN Experienced Registered Managers.

This vacancy will be the first appointment of a permanent Registered Manager for the service since it opened last year. You will therefore be inheritting a stable and cohesive team and benefit from the support of the commissioning manager and regional management team.

The successful candidate will;

•Be a Fully Qualified 1st level RN
•Experienced within Elderly Care
•Have Appropriate Management Skills
•Have Excellent Communication Skills
•Have A Friendly and Approachable Manner

It is Desirable that you have:
•A working knowledge of Dementia Care
•A Strong Background within Nursing
•A Dedicated and Professional Demeanour
