A fabulous opportunity has a risen for an experienced home manager to join an established care provider in the Huddersfield area.
My client is provider of nursing and care homes with an excellent industry reputation. My Client develops and operates Care Homes built to a very high standard and specification for older people and people with Dementia throughout the country. They are very passionate about care standards and pride themselves on providing exceptional care services to the Elderly.
An experienced and motivated individual is required to manage a small sized residential home. The home is registered to accommodate up to 24 elderly clients either on a long stay basis or for shorter respite periods.

My client is seeking a strong, individual with drive and commitment who is seeking a new exciting challenge. Some one who is looking to take there career to the next level and achieve a real sense job satisfaction.
The successful candidate will have the following experience and qualifications:
• RMA or be willing to work towards
• Proven track record of successful home management
• Sound knowledge of CQC and Care Standards
• Good knowledge and background of the care sector

Duties will include:
• Overall responsibility of the home
• Staff management/appraisals/Training
• Care plans/reviews/meetings
• Budget

In return the successful candidate will receive a fantastic comprehensive manager’s salary package, including:
• A basic salary of up to £26,000
• Excellent career progression
